Last day to grab 32.5% bonus shares of Shrijana Finance; LTP at Rs 467

Today is the last day to grab dividend of Shrijana Finance Limited (SFFIL). It had announced 32.5% bonus and 1.71% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Poush 8, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders holding their shares till Poush 6, 2074 i.e. day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. It will be convening 17^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 22, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Uddyog Sangathan, Biratnagarat 11:00 AM. Its paid up capital currently stand at Rs 30.24 crore.  After issuance of 32.50% bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 40.06 crore and after floating 60% right shares its capital will reach Rs 64.09 crore. It had posted net loss of Rs 2.01 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LT P stood at Rs 467 as of last trading day.
