Last day to clinch dividend of Suryodaya, Rural, Nerude & Civil Laghubitta

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBS). It had announced 19% bonus and 1% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Poush 8, 2074 to Poush 22, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders holding their shares till today Poush 6, 2074 i.e. day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. SLBS will be convening 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 22, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Paluwa Montessori, Syangja at 8:00 AM. Paid up capital of SLBS after 19% bonus shares will reach to Rs 4.76 crore from existing Rs 4 crore. It had earned Rs 47.71 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LT P stood at Rs 1,293 as of last trading day. Similarly, today is the last day to secure dividend of Rural Microfinance Development Bank Limited (RMDC). It had announced 5% bonus and 15% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The register of its shareholders will remain close from Poush 7 till Poush 28, 2074 for the purpose its AGM. Only those shareholders holding shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. until today (Poush 6, 2074) are eligible for the dividend and participation in the AGM. RMDC will be convening its 19^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 28, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at United World Trade Center, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. RMDC’s current paid up capital stands at Rs 69.21 crore. After 5% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 72.67 crore. It has earned Rs 5.77 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LT P stood at Rs 731 as of last trading day. Likewise, today is the last day to clinch dividend of Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NLBBL). It had announced 13% bonus and 7.68% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Poush 9 to Poush 29, 2074. Thus only those shareholders holding their shares till today Poush 6, 2074 i.e are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. It will be convening 11^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Uddyog Sangathan, Morang, Biratnagar – 2 at 11:00 AM. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 34.58 crore from existing Rs 30.60 crore. It had earned Rs 41.21 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LT P stood at Rs 999 as of last trading day. Today is also the last day to grab dividend of Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL). It had announced 4.5% bonus and 0.23% cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Poush 7,2074. Thus, only those shareholders owning shares till today (Poush 6, 2074) i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed bonus shares. CLBSL will be convening 6^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 21, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at C.W. Restaurant, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 10.97 crore from existing Rs 10.50 crore. It had earned net profit of Rs 18.04 lakh in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 as per unaudited report. Its LT P stood at Rs 1,000 as of last trading day.
