Last day to clinch 50% right share of ICFC finance; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 2:1 (50%) right share of ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC). The book closure date for the right issue has been set for Kartik 12, 2072. Only those shareholders who have bought the shares and transferred them to their name before the book closure date on Kartik 12 would be eligible to apply for the right shares. ICFC had earned net profit of Rs 7.29 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72. The paid up capital of the bank stands at 46.24 crore. After the issuance of 50 percent, the paid up capital will stand at Rs 69.36 crore. Its last traded price stood at Rs 289 as on October 27, 2072. ICRA Nepal has assigned an “[ICRANP] IPO Grade 4”, indicating below-average fundamentals to the proposed rights issue.
