Last day to clinch 5% bonus & cash dividend of Century Commercial Bank; LTP at Rs 200

Today is the last day to clinch dividends of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL). CCBL had announced 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. CCBL has set book closure date from Falgun 11 to Falgun 30, 2074. But only those shareholders owning their shares till today (Falgun 10, 2074) i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. After the issuance of bonus share, the paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs 8.06 arba from existing paid up capital of Rs 7.67 arba. CCBL will be convening its 7^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 30, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Army Officer’s Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. It has earned net profit of Rs 32.51 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 as per unaudited report. Its last traded price stood at Rs 200 as on the last trading day.
