Last day to clinch 15% cash dividend of SIGS-1; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 15 percent dividend pledged Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-1 (SIGS-1) for the fiscal year 2071/72.

The book closure date for the cash dividend has been set on Bhadra 23. Only those who hold the units of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-1 (SIGS-1) till today (Bhadra 22) will be entitled to the dividend.

The 74th BOD meeting of the Siddhartha Capital Limited has decided to provide 15% cash dividend to the unit holders of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-I worth Rs. 7, 50, 00,000.

SIGS-1 reported a net profit of Rs 17.73 crore for the month of Shrawan up from net loss of 9.51 crore in the last month. Its Net Asset Value (NAV) inched up to Rs 21.24 in the Shrawan end from Rs 17.69 in Ashad end. The NAV of the fund is above the par value of Rs 10 per unit.  

Its last trading price stands at Rs 17.40 as on September 6, 2015.
