Last day to clinch 12% dividend of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank; company to convene its 11th AGM on Ashadh 32

Today is last day to clinch 12% dividend( 5.50% bonus shares and 6.50% cash dividend) of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL).

KSBBL had published a notice regarding its 11th AGM to be convened on Ashadh 32, 2075. For the purpose of the meeting the shareholders register book will remain closed from Ashadh 18, 2075 till Ashadh 32, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares of the development bank till Ashadh 17 i.e. today will be eligible to participate in the AGM.

The meeting will be held in the premises of Indreni Food Land, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting are

1. Endorsement of 5.50% bonus share worth Rs 13.04 crore and 6.50% cash dividend, and to make amendments in the Memorandum and Article of Association.
2. Since shareholders holding shares till Shrawan 19, 2074 are not liable to pay capital gains tax on bonus and cash, to endorse full declared dividends for such shareholders
3. Providing authority to the Board of Directors regarding any kinds of amendments to be made regarding merger and to conduct DDA.
4. Amendment in the Memorandum of Association as per the provisions of Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2073 and providing authority to the Board of Directors regarding the same.
5. Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2073/74
6. Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75 and
7. Appointment of 3 directors from ordinary shareholders and 3 directors from promoter shareholders.

KSBBL has posted net profit of Rs 22.81 crore till the end of third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year 2074/75.
