Kumari Equity Fund (KEF) is distributing a 5% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders from Bhadra 1.
KEF is distributing a 5% cash dividend including tax for the fiscal year 2077/78. Shrawan 25 was the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
The meeting of the board held on Shrawan 17 decided to distribute the cash dividend worth Rs. 5 crores. This is the first-ever dividend to be distributed by the fund.
For those who have not authenticated their bank account in their Demat accounts, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure.
