Kishor Kumar Maharjan appointed as the new Chairman of Progressive Finance Limited
The 383rd Board meeting of Progressive Finance, held on Chaitra 11, 2074 had accepted the resignation of Mr Siddha Gopal Manandhar, representative director of promoter shareholders. The same meeting had also appointed shareholder Mr. Kishor Kumar Maharjan as the new member of the Board.
Similarly, the 384th board meeting held on Chaitra 13, 2074 had accepted the resignation of Mr. Mukunda Prasad Dahal from the post of Board Chairman. However he will still be a member of the board. The newly appointed board member, Mr. Kishor Kumar Maharjan, is now the Boards’ chairman.
The newly appointed Chairman, Mr. Maharjan has experience of around 33 years in the banking field. Recently, he was involved in Civil Bank as the CEO, where he work for 2 tenures and retired.
