Kalika Microcredit Development Bank proposes 21.21% bonus shares; Paid up to reach Rs 10 crore

Kalika Microcredit Development Bank Limited (KMCDB) has proposed dividend to its shareholders. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the board meeting held on Mangsir 29, 2074 has proposed 21.21% dividend and Rs 9.21 lakh (for tax) from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The decision is subjected to the approval from the concerned authority and upcoming AGM. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 10 crore from existing Rs 8.25 crore. Its LTP stood at Rs 1,958 as of last trading day.
