Joshi Hydropower Development Company open range set at Rs.93.67 to Rs.281.01 for the first transaction

The range for the first transaction of Joshi Hydropower Development Company has been published by NEPSE.

In a notice published, NEPSE mentioned that the open range for the first transaction of the hydropower company has been set at Rs.93.67 to Rs.281.01.

The hydropower company had issued 371,400 unit shares for the locals of Ilam district out of which 2,42,010 units had remained unsubscribed. So, the hydropower company had issued 16,90,470 units for the general public including the unsubscribed units.

After the adjustment of IPO, the paid-up capital of the hydropower company has reached Rs 37.14 crore with the shareholding ratio standing at 51:49 for promoters and ordinary shareholders respectively.

The company is at present operating 3,000 KW Upper Puwa-1 HEP,  located in Puwa-Mahjuwa VDC of Ilam District in Eastern Nepal.
