Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Distributed 25% Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts

Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) has distributed 25% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize its shares.

The 11th AGM of the company endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 177th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.83 Arba. 25% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.95 crores and 1.3157% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 15.56 lakh were proposed. The same bonus shares are now deposited to Demat accounts. Poush 21, 2078 was the book closure date.

Shareholders will have to dematerialize their shares at Siddhartha Capital, Narayanchau, Naxal, Kathmandu.
