ICFC Finance 14th AGM today; to endorse 10% bonus & 11.05% cash dividend

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) is conducting its 14^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Ashwin 31, 2074). The AGM is being held at Regency Banquet, Sano Gaucharan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

1. To endorse 10% bonus share and 11.05% cash dividend (including for tax purpose) from the profits it earned in FY 2073/74
2. To endorse financial statements for FY 2073/74 and appoint auditor for FY 2074/75
3. To increase its issued and paid-up capital
4. To amend Article of Association and Memorandum of Association as per Banks and Financial Institutions Act 2073, and as per directions received from regulatory authorities
5. To set aside 1% of profits earned in FY 2073/74 for Corporate Social Responsibility

The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Ashwin 25 to Ashwin 31, 2074 for the purpose of this AGM. Only those shareholders having shares traded till Ashwin 24, 2074 are eligible for the dividends and for participation in the AGM. ICFC Finance posted a net profit of Rs 19.52 crore till the end of FY 2073/74. Its current paid-up capital remains at Rs 80.17 crore, and after 10% bonus share issue, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 88.19 crore.
