ICFC Finance 13th AGM on Kartik 1; to endorse 17% bonus share

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) will be convening its 13^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 1, 2073. The AGM will be held at Regency Banquet, Sano gaucharan, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are as follows:

• To endorse 17 percent bonus shares and Rs 61, 31, 501 cash dividend for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2072/73.
• To increase it’s paid up, issued and authorized capital and amend article of association accordingly.
• To authorize BoD for necessary amendment.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of FY 2072/73, appointment of auditor and election of 4 BoD members from promoter shareholders group. The register of the shareholders will be closed from Ashwin 13, 2073 to Kartik 1, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Only those shareholders buying shares till Ashwin 12, 2073 will be eligible for the dividend of the company. ICFC Finance has earned net profit of Rs 15.37 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 68.52 crore. After distribution of 17 % bonus share the paid up capital will reach to Rs 80.16 crore.
