How many BFIs have received license from NRB? Look at the complete list

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published a list containing the names of all licensed Banking and Financial Institutions (BFI) across the nation.

As per the list published, a total of 28 commercial banks have received license from the NRB. Similarly, 32 Development Banks, 24 Finance Companies, 91 Microfinance Companies, 1 Infrastructure Development Bank and 11 Other Institutions have been recognized by the NRB after issuance of license.

The list includes date of operation, paid up capital, head office and working area of the BFIs. A total of 187 BFIs have received license for operation from the NRB.
