"Global IME Balanced Fund - I " Issuing 12 Crore Unit Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public from Ashad 22

Global IME Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue "Global IME Balanced Fund - I (GIMEBF)" closed end mutual fund scheme to the general public.

The issue will open on 22nd Ashad and close on 26th Ashad, 2079. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Shrawan 04.

12 crore units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. 15% of the total units have been allocated to the fund sponsor and fund manager. From the 15%, the fund manager Global IME Capital has been allocated with 1.5% i.e. 18 lakh units where as Fund sponsor Global IME Bank has been allocated with 13.5% i.e 1.62 crore units. The remaining 10.20 crores units will be issued to the general public.

"Global IME Balanced Fund - I" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.20 crore units.

As of now, Global IME Capital manages one close-ended mutual fund named "Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 (GIMES1)".
