Final Opportunity! Last day to secure dividends of Siddhartha Bank, Forward Microfinance and Taragaon Regency Hotel

Today is the final opportunity for the investors to secure proposed dividends of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL), Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) and Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH). SBL has been set the book closure date on Falgun 20, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders owning shares till today (Falgun 16, 2074) i.e. days ahead of the book closure date are eligible for proposed dividend and to participate in the AGM. SBL had proposed 14% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74. SBL has been issuing 10% right shares to its shareholder from Falgun 2, 2074 which will ends on Chaitra 6, 2074. FOWAD had announced 50% bonus shares and 15% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 30 crore from existing Rs 20 crore after distribution of 50% bonus shares. It had posted net profit of Rs 14.54 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75. FOWAD will be convening its 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 4, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at FOWAD head office, Duhabi, Sunsari at 11:00 AM. Its LTP stood at Rs 3,175 as of last trading day. TRH has set the book closure date from Falgun 18 to Chaitra 12, 2074. But only those shareholders owning shares till today (Falgun 16, 2074) are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. TRH had announced 7.368% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74. Currently, TRH has paid up capital of Rs 1.88 arba. It will be holding its 21^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 12, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. Its LTP stood at Rs 285 as of last trading day.
