Everest Finance to merge with Shree Investment Finance

Everest Finance and  Shree Investment Finance has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Sunday to enter the merger process. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Mr. Rabindra Pandey, Chairman of Shree Investment Finance and by Dr. Govinda Ballav Bhatta, Chairman of Everest Finance. After the merger, the merged company will have a paid up capital of Rs 35 crore and 75 lakhs. The trading of scrips of both the Everest Finance and  Shree Investment Finance has already been halted in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited.
