Cut off price for 66.37 thousand unit ordinary shares of Shree Investment and Finance Company Limited stood at Rs 186.
175 applicants had placed their bids for the ordinary shares. 41 bidders bidding more than Rs 186 received demanded quantity of shares while 9 bidders bidding at Rs 186 received partially.
The auction was open from Chaitra 8 till Chaitra 16 for 66.37 thousand unit ordinary shares and 2.77 lakh unit right shares.
Siddhartha Capital was appointed as the issue manager for the auction.
As per the information received, no bids were received for the promoters shares and all the 2.77 lakh unit shares remain unsold. The notice for the re auction of the unsold shares will be published in the near future.
