NRB Publishes Monday’s Forex Rates: US Dollar Fixed at Rs. 155.08

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign exchange rates for various international currencies for today.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at NPR 154.48, while the selling rate stands at NPR 155.08.

The buying rate for one Euro has been fixed at NPR 173.05, with a selling rate of NPR 173.72. Similarly, the UK Pound Sterling has been set at NPR 204.42 for buying and NPR 205.21 for selling, while the Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 186.06 and a selling rate of NPR 186.79.

The Australian Dollar has been fixed at NPR 107.90 for buying and NPR 108.32 for selling. The Canadian Dollar stands at NPR 108.35 and NPR 108.77, respectively, while the Singapore Dollar has been set at NPR 120.62 for buying and NPR 121.09 for selling.

For the Japanese Yen, the buying rate for 10 yen is NPR 9.76 and the selling rate is NPR 9.79. The Chinese Yuan has been fixed at NPR 23.08 for buying and NPR 23.17 for selling. Similarly, the Saudi Arabian Riyal stands at NPR 41.12 and NPR 41.28, while the Qatari Riyal has been fixed at NPR 42.42 for buying and NPR 42.58 for selling.

The central bank has set the Thai Baht at NPR 4.61 for buying and NPR 4.63 for selling. The UAE Dirham has been fixed at NPR 42.06 and NPR 42.22, while the Malaysian Ringgit stands at NPR 37.82 for buying and NPR 37.96 for selling.

Likewise, the buying rate for 100 South Korean Won has been set at NPR 11.52 and the selling rate at NPR 11.57. The Swedish Kroner stands at NPR 15.45 for buying and NPR 15.51 for selling, while the Danish Kroner has been fixed at NPR 23.15 and NPR 23.24, respectively.

The NRB has fixed the Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 19.68 for buying and NPR 19.76 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 501.31 and a selling rate of NPR 503.26, while the Bahraini Dinar stands at NPR 409.06 for buying and NPR 410.64 for selling.

Similarly, the Omani Riyal has been fixed at NPR 401.24 for buying and NPR 402.80 for selling.

For the Indian Rupee, the central bank has fixed the buying rate for 100 INR at NPR 160.00 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time if necessary. The exchange rates fixed by commercial banks may differ from the central bank's rates. The latest exchange rates are available on the NRB's official website.
