Commercial Banks report Rs 9 billion rise in deposit and Rs 19 billion rise in lending for the month of Mangsir

During the month of Mangsir, 2076 the commercial banks have shown positive movement in lending but some fluctuation is seen in the deposit.

The deposit had fallen to Rs 2,979 billion on Mangsir 13, 2076 from Rs 2,983 billion on Mangsir 06, 2076. Similarly, it has risen from there to Rs 2,989 billion and Rs 2,992 billion in Mangsir 20 and 27 respectively. Therefore, the deposit figure has grown by Rs 9 billion or 0.30% during the month of Mangsir.

Likewise in case of lending, the figure has risen simultaneously each week during the month of Mangsir. The figure rose from Rs 2,640 billion in Mangsir 06 to Rs 2,659 billion in Mangsir 27. The figure has grown by Rs 19 billion or 0.72%.
