Civil Bank to open bid for auction of 9,92,819 unit right shares on Chaitra 6 (tomorrow)

The bid opening for the auction of 9,92,819 unit shares of Civil Bank Limited will be held on Chaitra 6, 2074 at Hira Party Palace, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The bank had auctioned 32,44,600.25 unit promoter shares and 9,92,819.25 unit ordinary shares from Falgun 23. They were the unsold right shares offered by the bank in 10:4 ratio from Mangsir 22 to Magh 12. Laxmi Capital Market was the issue manager for the auction of the right shares. Currently, the paid up capital of the bank is Rs 5.18 arba. After the issue of right shares, the capital of the bank will reach Rs 7.25 arba and will be short by Rs 75 crore from the requirement of Rs 8 arba.
