Citizens Bank opens 65th branch office in Haldibari, Jhapa

Citizens Bank International Limited has opened its 65th branch office in Haldibari, Jhapa. The bank’s Deputy CEO Bodhraj Devkota inaugurated the newly opened branch office amid a ceremony held today.
In the inaugural ceremony, the bank has distributed 1-1 set computer to Laxmi Secondary School and Shanti Primary School as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and also provided information about agricultural loan and animal husbandry loan.
Issuing a press release published today, with the addition of this branch in its network, the bank is now serving its 3 lakh 50 thousand clients through 65 branch offices, 62 ATM outlets and 97 branchless banking services across the country.
Moreover, the bank has been providing Remittance, Draft, ATM Card, Visa International Dollar Card services to its customers.
Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokhrel, Acting Chief Executive Officer & Spokeperson of Citizens Bank said, “The bank aims to provide banking services in the remote places. Citizens bank will soon be adding branches in Aurahi- Mahottari and Bagalachuli- Dang.”
