Chautari Laghubitta announces dividend worth Rs.3.32 Crore for FY 75/76: 10.89% cash dividend and 7% bonus shares

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CHLBS).

As per the notice published, the 78^th BOD meeting of the microfinance company has decided that the shareholders of the company will be getting 10.89% cash dividend worth Rs.2.02 Crore and 7% bonus shares worth Rs.1.30 Crore out of the profits of FY 75/76.

This decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed by the upcoming AGM of the company.
