Century Commercial Bank, Alpine Dev. Bank & Seti Finance starts joint transaction from today as Century Commercial Bank

Century Commercial Bank Limited has formally started its joint transaction from today. In order to meet capital requirement of Rs 8 arba, the bank had acquired Alpine Development Bank Limited and Seti Finance Limited.
The inauguration of the joint transaction was done by Dr. Chiranjibi Nepal, Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank amid a function held today.
Issuing a press statement published today, it stated that, after the joint transaction the bank’s paid up capital reached Rs 7.68 arba. It has collected Rs 49 arba in deposits and disbursed Rs 45 arba in loans. The number of branches reached 85.
Moreover, to meet the capital requirement of Rs 8 arba, Century Commercial Bank will provide bonus share from the profit it earned in the last FY 2073/74. The bank aims to open more than 100 branches all over the country.
