Central Finance announces closing date for 50% right shares on Falgun 13

Central Finance Limited has published a notice regarding the closing date of its right shares. The finance company had issued 26,03,314.075 unit right shares from Poush 3, 2074 till Falgun 13, 2074. CFCL has notified that the closing date will not be extended and will close on Falgun 13, 2074. Currently, the paid up capital of Central Finance Limited is Rs 52.06 crore and after the issuance of right shares its paid up capital will be Rs 78.09 crore. And after the distribution of bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74, its capital will reach Rs 80 crore.
