Butwal Power Company purchases 6.01 lakh unit shares of Himtaal Hydropower

Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) has purchased the shares of Himtaal Hydropower Company Limited Pvt. Ltd. The company has been developing 600 MW Upper Marshyangdi-2 Hydropower Project.
BPCL has purchased 19.4% i.e. 6,01,300 unit shares of the hydropower company.
