Book closure on Bhadra 1, 2076 for 11% dividend of Siddhartha Equity Fund; Rs.16.50 Crore to be distributed

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for dividend of Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF).
As per the notice, the BOD has decided to distribute 11% cash dividend worth Rs.16.50 Crore to the unitholders of the scheme out of the profits of FY 75/76.
For this purpose, the book closure date will be on 1st Bhadra, 2076. Investors holding scrips of the scheme till 30th Shrawan, 2076 will be eligible to claim the dividend.
