Book closure date for Citizens Mutual Fund I on Ashwin 06, 2076; Fund endorsing 7% cash dividend

Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1) a 7-year closed-end mutual fund scheme, managed by CBIL Capital and sponsored by Citizens International Bank Limited, has published its book closure date for a cash dividend.
The fund is endorsing 7% cash dividend for its unit holders with tax from the profit of FY 2075/76. Thus, for the purpose of the same, the book closure date has been set on Ashwin 06, 2076. Thus, unit holders maintained on the day of Ashwin 05, 2076 will be eligible for the cash dividend.
The mutual fund had reported a minimal increase in Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs.11.47 from Rs.11.35 for the month of Shrawan. It had reported a net profit of Rs.26.20 Lakh till Shrawan which was Rs.9.26 Crore till the last month.
