Bid opening of United Insurance and Progressive Finance postponed

Bid opening of auctioned shares of United Insurance Co. (Nepal) ltd (UIC) has been postponed due to public holidays from Ashwin 08 to Ashwin 10, 2072. The bid will be opened on Ashwin 11 at 3:30 pm in the office of Global IME Capital Ltd, Jamal, Kathmandu. United Insurance had auctioned its 77,795 units promoter right shares and 1,03,425 units ordinary right shares to general public from Bhadra 29 to Ashwin 05, 2072. Bid opening of auctioned shares of Progressive Finance Limited has been postponed to Ashwin 11, 2072 due to public holiday. Progressive Finance had auctioned its 84,276 units ordinary right shares and 3, 18,500 units promoter right shares to the general public from Ashwin 01 to Ashwin 07, 2072.
