Bhoj Bahadur Shah elected as the chairman of Mega Bank

Bhoj Bahadur Shah has been appointed as the chairman of Mega Bank Limited. The 144th BoD meeting of Mega Bank has appointed Bhoj Bahadur Shah as the chairman. Shah has been the member of the BoD since the establishment of the bank. Six BoD members from the promoter shareholder group has been appointed during the 5th AGM of bank that was held on last Sunday. Along with Mr. Shah, Mr. GopalKhanal, Mr. Madan Kumar Acharya, Mr. Shambhu Bikram Thapa, Mr. Indra Bahadur Malla Thakuri, and Mr. Ishwor Bahadur Gurung were elected to BoD from promoter shareholder group. Mr. Dipendra Agrawal and Mr. Chet Narayan Pandeyare the BoD member from ordinary shareholder group.
