Api Power decides to float 47% right shares before providing a 5% dividend; urges shareholders to subscribe to upcoming right shares with the promise of double-digit dividend this year

Api Power Company has informed that it won’t be issuing earlier proposed 5% bonus shares before floating its right shares.

Issuing the media statement, the hydro developer company has informed that it shall first float its 47% right shares to its existing shareholders after which the company will issue its 5% bonus shares from its profit in FY 2075-76.

The company has also promised that it would provide a dividend of double-digit for the fiscal year 2076-77 and has urged its shareholders to fully subscribe to the upcoming right shares, as stated in the media statement.
