Almost 9 Lakh units bonus shares of Reliance Finance Limited get listed on NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL).

As per the notice published, 891,874.35 units of bonus shares of the company have been listed on the stock exchange. However, the condition mentioned in the Securities Act, 2063 and conditions mentioned in the listing agreement must be met. These shares can be freely tradeable in the secondary market.

The finance company had distributed 12% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 73/74. For FY 74/75 it had announced 2.63% cash dividend.
