52,75,572 Units Right Shares of Shikhar Insurance Company Listed in NEPSE

52,75,572 units right shares of Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company had floated 1: 0.3 ratio rights offering from 1st Chaitra to 21st Chaitra, 2078. A total of 52,75,572 shares were issued to the existing shareholders of SICL at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit, which has raised a total capital of Rs. 52,75,57,200 for the company.
Magh 21 was the book closure date for the rights offering. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day applied for the rights issue. Unclaimed right shares were later auctioned and allotted to the successful bidders.
As of writing, SICL has an LTP of Rs. 887.
