4% Bonus Shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited Listed in NEPSE

13,53,128.51 unit bonus shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 16th AGM on 26th Poush, 2080, and endorsed an 8.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 4% bonus shares worth Rs 13.53 crores and 4.5% cash dividend (including bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 15.22 crores were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
LBBL closed at Rs. 356.00.
