197 investors were allotted 181,220 units auctioned shares of United Ins.; cut off price for ordinary shares stood at Rs 356

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) had auctioned its 103,425 units ordinary right shares and 77,795 units promoter right shares to the general public from Bhadra 29, 2072 to Ashwin 5, 2072. The bid was opened on Ashwin 11 (yesterday). An official of Global IME capital Limited, which managed the auction for United Insurance, informed that the cutoff price for 103,425 unitsordinary shares stood at Rs 356. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 425.51 Out of 178 applicants who submitted their bids for 103,425 units of ordinary shares only 51 applicants got the shares. Similarly, for 77,795units promoter shares the cut off price stood at Rs 150. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 151. Out of 19 applicants who submitted their bids for 77795 units of promoter shares only 4 got the shares. The last trading price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 414 per share as on September 24.
