1,50,000 and 23,000 Unit Promoter Shares of SHINE and GBLBS in Auction From Today
Prudential Capital Management Company Private Limited is auctioning 1,50,000 units and 23,000 unit promoter shares of Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) and Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS) respectively. The auction is open from today i.e 20th Shrawan and will close on 26th Shrawan, 2079.
Existing promoters, individual investors, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid for an auction. While the minimum bid quantity for SHINE is 5000 units and for GBLBS is 2000 units, there is no upper limit. However, bidders are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Rs. 150 is the minimum bid rate for the auction of promoter shares of SHINE whereas minimum bid rate for GBLBS 's auction is Rs. 350. NIC Asia Capital is appointed as the auction manager for both the auction.
