NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E Proposes 4.27% Return For FY 2081/82

NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) has declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The meeting of the board of directors of NMB Capital Limited has decided to distribute a 4.27% return to NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) for the fiscal year 2081/82. NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) is an open-ended fund. The fund is sponsored by NMB Bank Limited and managed by NMB Capital.

For the purpose of dividend distribution, the book closure date is set for 2082/04/15. Therefore, only those unitholders recorded as of 2082/04/14 will be eligible to receive the stated dividend. As an open-ended scheme, the plan also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). Under this plan, eligible unitholders can reinvest their dividend amount (after deducting applicable taxes and DP charges) in the scheme by adjusting it into the NAV.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NMBSBF stands at Rs. 11.20.
