Dinesh Lal Shrestha Resigns as CEO of Asian Life Insurance; Hom Bahadur Shrestha Appointed Acting CEO

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited has officially accepted the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Dinesh Lal Shrestha.
According to an official decision made during the company’s 223rd Board of Directors meeting, Mr. Shrestha’s resignation came into effect on Ashoj 10, 2083.
To maintain administrative continuity, the board has appointed Deputy CEO Mr. Hom Bahadur Shrestha as the Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective from the same date. He will hold the executive responsibilities until a permanent leadership arrangement is finalised.
