Citizens Bank Partners with CityTech Group to Offer Loop Credit and EMI Service

Citizens Bank International Limited has partnered with CityTech Group to join the Loop Network as an issuer bank, allowing eligible debit and credit cardholders to access instant purchase credit and installment payment facilities.

Under the agreement, customers can use Loop Credit to purchase goods from participating merchants and convert eligible card payments into monthly installments through Loop EMI. The service aims to make purchases more flexible and help customers manage their expenses.

Citizens Bank has been expanding its digital banking services through products such as the Citizens PhonePe Credit Card, Citizens Digi Bank platform and Gen-Z Savings Account.

The bank serves more than 2.078 million customers through 200 branches across 61 districts, along with 167 ATMs, three extension counters and 42 branchless banking unit
