Taksar Pikhuwakhola Hydropower Holds Sixth AGM, Elects 4 Directors

Taksar Pikhuwakhola Hydropower Limited held its sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Khichapokhari, Kathmandu under the chairmanship of Ajay Ballav Pant.

The meeting approved the company’s annual report, audited financial statements and auditor’s report for fiscal year 2082/83. It also appointed an auditor for FY 2083/84 and authorized the board to identify and invest in new projects as needed.

The AGM approved a special proposal to change the company’s name and convert it into a holding company to facilitate investments in other companies. The board was also authorized to make necessary amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association in line with regulatory requirements.

The meeting elected four directors Rupesh Tamang, Suresh Kumar Sthapit, Meera Pandey and Kushal Kharel.
