Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has proposed a 9% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 537th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 8, 2082, decided to distribute a 9% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10.89 Arba. 4% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming 32nd AGM.
