Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of Two Companies

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN). The company has called its 23rd AGM on 20th Kartik, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Smart Durbar, Sankha Park, Kathmandu, starting at 9:30 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5% dividend from the profits of FY 2082/83 for shareholders. The 338th meeting of the board of directors has proposed 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 6.75 crores and a 15% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 20.27 crores for the fiscal year 2082/83. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 1.35 Arba.
