Gold and Silver Prices Skyrocket in Nepal: Gold Up by Rs 5,200, Silver by Rs 285 per Tola
Gold and silver prices in Nepal have soared to unprecedented levels, maintaining strong upward momentum in the domestic bullion market.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold surged by Rs 5,200 per tola on Monday, reaching a historic high of Rs 309,000 per tola.
Previously, fine gold had touched Rs 303,800 per tola on January 25, 2026, before breaking its own record.
Tejabi gold also experienced a sharp rise, climbing Rs 5,200 per tola to reach Rs 308,300, up from Rs 303,100 per tola. Silver followed the bullish trend, gaining Rs 285 per tola and settling at a new peak of Rs 6,765 per tola, surpassing its earlier rate.
