73,069.29 unit bonus shares of Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened it's 8th AGM on 19th Baisakh, 2082, and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend for FY 2080/81. The company decided to distribute a 5% bonus share and a 0.2632% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 1,833.07.
