Machhapuchchhre Bank appoints Niraj Kumar Shrestha as new CEO

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has appointed Mr. Niraj Kumar Shrestha as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) today, the appointment of Mr Shrestha as new CEO is effective from Ashwin 28, 2073. Mr Shrestha has done Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuwan University. Mr Shrestha has a long history of serving in different Bank and Financial Institutions. He has worked as Branch Manager in Standard Chartered Bank Nepal for 14 years. Besides, he was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ace Finance Company for 3 years. In addition, Mr Shrestha has served as General Manager in NIC Asia Bank for 9 years and as Deputy CEO of Global IME Bank Limited for a year.
