Womi Microfinance’s book closure on Jestha 04, 2075 for 10:3 right shares

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced book closure date for its 30% right share issuance.
The book closure date for the right share has been set on Jestha 04, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till that date will be able to receive the right shares.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share issuance.
The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 7.77 crore which after the adjustment of 10:3 right shares will reach Rs 10.10 crore.
