Womi Microfinance IPO closes today; collection surpasses Rs 38 crores in 2 days

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has released its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 1,47,000 unit shares from Ashad 22 of Rs 100 face value each. Today is the last day of IPO. The IPO is oversubscribed by 27.52 times till second day.
The issue is managed by NMB Capital Limited and the offer will close today.
Investors are allowed to invest minimum of 10 units of share and they can apply for up to 1,000 unit of share.
The microfinance has set aside 4,410 unit shares for its employees and 7,350 unit shares for the existing 6 mutual fund companies on pro rata basis. The mutual fund schemes are Nabil Balance fund-1, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1, NIBL Sambriddhi Fund – 1, Laxmi Value Fund -1, Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme, and Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme- 1.
The microfinance company plans to raise Rs 1.47 crore through the offer. After the IPO, the paid up will reach Rs 3 crore from the current Rs 1.53 crore.
After the IPO, the promoter-public ratio in the company will be 51% to 49%.
It earned a net profit of Rs 62.03 lakh in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72. Its net worth per share stands at Rs 116.12 and Earning per share at Rs 26.77.
