Womi Microfinance declares 30% right share; Paid up to reach Rs 10.10 crore

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) has decided to issue 30 percent right shares to its shareholders. Earlier, the company had only proposed 20% bonus share to its shareholders and the AGM notice has also been published today. Womi Microfinance will be convening its 6^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 30, 2074. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange today, the 95^th BOD Meeting of the company held on Ashwin 31, 2074 has decided to issue 30% right shares after distribution of 20% bonus share. Womi Microfinance  had earned Rs 2.10 crore in the fourth  quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. WOMI’s paid up capital currently stands at Rs 6.48 crore, and after 20% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 7.77 crore. Likewise after issuance of 30% right share its capital will reach Rs 10.10 crore.
