Want to apply for the 50% right shares of Kisan Microfinance? Last day to hold the shares

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (KMFL) to be eligible to apply for the 50% right shares of the company as the shareholders register book will remain closed from tomorrow.
KMFL is offering right shares in the ratio of 100:50 or 240,250 units of shares.
The current paid up capital of Rs 4.8 crore will reach Rs 7.2 crore after the adjustment of 50% right shares. The right shares will soon be available for the eligible shareholders.
