Vijaya Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (VLBS) has transferred 10% bonus shares to their shareholders demat account directly. This bonus agendas was approved on 6th AGM held on Poush 14, 2075 and this bonus share is already listed and registered on NEPSE and CDSC.
As per the notice published by NIBL Ace Capital Limited, for those who are yet to dematerialize their shares, the company has urged them to first dematerialize shares to receive bonus shares on demat account.
